SPI authorities have launched a state-of-the-art placement cell to facilitate recruitment or employment. Its main task is to establish close relations with the renowned industries in the country and abroad. Thereby providing quality jobs to the graduates. Below is the workings of the placement cell in brief.
- Collecting student resumes, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses and creating a database.
- HR from reputed institutes is coming to our campus and conducting campus interviews.
- Arrange jobs for students by contacting potential employers, factories, and establishing good relations with employers.

- A job placement fair is organized for senior students.

- Inviting senior executives of factories as guest lecturers as part of enhancing industry linkages. Encouraging their active participation in meetings and seminars.
- Assist in locating, coordinating communications, guiding, and joining overseas job sites.
- Creating a list of the institution's alumni, collecting information about their workplaces, and encouraging current students to advise and assist them in getting jobs.

- Career counseling is arranged for the students to get good jobs.
- Technical workshops are organized, and mock interviews are arranged.
